The First Circuit Judicial Council has unanimously approved the appointment of Bankruptcy Judge Michael A. Fagone, of the District of Maine, to serve as Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit for a four-year term, effective September 9, 2025.
