Effective December 17, 2024, Amended General Order No. 2 applies to all appeals before the BAP.

This means the BAP will continue to accept in-person filings from unrepresented parties by mail and at the intake window.  Additionally, the BAP now permits unrepresented parties to email filings to the court, or to file documents electronically using the BAP's ECF system upon completion of an Election to File Court Documents by Email form.
