The First Circuit Judicial Council has unanimously approved the appointment of Bankruptcy Judge Diane Finkle, of the District of Rhode Island, to serve as Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit for a four-year term, effective May 17, 2023.  More information is available here.
