The BAP is pleased to announce that on April 15, 2016, the Circuit Council for the First Circuit issued an Order of Appointment appointing Judge Michael A. Fagone (D. Maine) to  the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit, effective April 22, 2016.
