The BAP is pleased to announce that on March 21, 2023, the First Circuit Judicial Council issued an Order of Appointment appointing Judge María de los Ángeles González (Bankr. D. Puerto Rico) to the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit, effective March 21, 2023.
