The BAP is pleased to announce that on February 26, 2014, the First Circuit Judicial Council appointed Judge Bruce A. Harwood (Bankr. D.N.H.) to serve on the BAP, effective March 5, 2014.  We welcome him to the Panel and look forward to working with him and his staff.
