The BAP is pleased to announce that on November 25, 2014, the Judicial Council of the First Circuit voted to approve the proposed Local Rules of the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit.  The local rules will become effective on December 1, 2014, the date on which the new Part VIII rules of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure will become effective.
