Due to his retirement on January 3, 2014, Judge Haines, Jr. will no longer serve on the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit.  The Panel thanks Judge Haines for his many years of service to the Panel, including for his time as Chief Judge, and wishes him well on his next chapter.
