The BAP is pleased to annouce that the Judicial Council for the First Circuit appointed Bankruptcy Judge Joan N. Feeney of the District of Massachusetts to serve as Chief Judge of Panel for a four-year term effective August 13, 2015.  Chief Judge Feeney steps into the role occupied by Bankruptcy Judge William C. Hillman who retired from the bench on August 14, 2015.
