  • The BAP is pleased to announce that on September 5, 2012, the First Circuit Judicial Council appointed Edward A. Godoy (Bankr. D.P.R.) to serve on the BAP. We welcome him to the Panel and look forward to working with him.

  • The BAP is pleased to announce that effective June 1, 2012, the First Circuit Judicial Council approved the appointment of the Hon. William C. Hillman to serve as Chief Judge. We thank the Hon. James B. Haines, Jr. for his service as Chief Judge and look forward to working with Judge Hillman.
